I’ve been a life-long collector of notebooks I admire but never use. When I was younger, I bought a new one almost every week. Now that I’m a bit older, I still make splurges on several notebooks in one go but try to limit the purchase to once a month.
I chanced upon this tutorial in my many nights spent on Pinterest, and I am now not just an impulsive notebook shopper but an impulsive notebook maker. I’ve made about 10 which I plan to give away to friends. It’s so simple but so chic that I can see myself being obsessed to making it.
Right now, I have a bunch of essays to write for work but I have written very little. Hopefully, I can get an essay done before I sleep. I’m becoming a creature of the night, with dark circles hanging out under my eyes for a few weeks now.
On a happier note, my bookshelf is almost done. I can’t wait to share it to you guys.

Oh I used to be a notebook and journal collector too. I’m a sucker for a pretty cover. I will definitely check out that DIY site! Looks like fun and a great gift maker.
